Bill, a proud South Carolinian, has dedicated his life to serving others—from his early days in the Marine Corps to his impactful work with Veterans and his leadership within the Veteran Golfers Association. A Chapin High School graduate who joined the Marines at 19, Bill served his country with distinction before earning a degree in Economics from North Carolina State University. After graduation, Bill pursued a career in as a financial advisor where he worked clients to optimize their financial portfolios through strategic tax, retirement and estate planning. His commitment to community service continued as he helped establish The Veterans Life Center, aiding homeless Veterans in their transition to civilian life. After a few of his brothers in arms took their lives, Bill sought to help his fellow veterans and discovered golf as a therapeutic outlet, eventually leading to his role as South Carolina State Director for the Veteran Golfers Association. Now, as he runs for Congress in South Carolina's 1st District, Bill aims to bring the same dedication and spirit of service to all his constituents, championing veterans' causes and community resilience.
